The purpose of contacting your office is due for numerous reasons as follows:
1. to establish a relationship with your office, periodic consultations with your office.
2. to introduce our problems, vide the proposal attaches seeking for your moral ,material and financial support.
3.During the inception of this organization, we contacted some embassy officials in Nairobi and Addis Ababa ,the response which was notencouraging.USA is a free world, with the stiff competition in the area of trade worldwide we thought we should work hand in hand with the commercial offices disseminating trade information right from the grass root where your offices cannot reach it would be our responsibility to cover it. People need to hear that advanced technology from USA and UTATPO could help them to realize their dreams.
